Momoki Tsujimura (Odawara City, Kanagawa Prefecture), President and CEO of T-FORESTRY Co., Ltd., received the Emperor's Cup, the highest award in the forestry products category, at the 2024 Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Festival. This honor is a result of the high evaluation of his innovative forestry management through the promotion of the forest service industry, and it is the first time that an individual from Kanagawa Prefecture has received the Emperor's Cup in the forestry products category.

The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and the Japan Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Promotion Association held the 63rd Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Festival Ceremony at the Meiji Jingu Hall in Shibuya Ward, Tokyo, on November 23, 2024, with approximately 600 people in attendance. At the ceremony, as part of the awards system for agriculture, forestry and fisheries, the Emperor's Cup was presented to individuals and organizations in seven categories.

T-FORESTRY Co., Ltd. received the Emperor's Cup in the forestry products category.

The Emperor's Cup is the highest award given to individuals or organizations that have achieved particularly outstanding results from among the 463 entries that received the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award at the 277 award ceremonies held during the past year (July 2023 to June 2024) as part of the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Festival.

T-FORESTRY Co., Ltd. utilizes Tsujimura Farm and forests to develop a variety of forest recreation businesses, including "Forest Adventure Odawara," "Forest Bike," and "Hunter Bank." These activities were highly praised for contributing to the revitalization of rural areas as a new form of forestry.

At the ceremony, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Taku Eto offered praise, saying, "They have made a tremendous contribution to regional development from the front lines."

In addition, recipients of the Emperor's Cup will be given a separate opportunity to have an audience with Their Majesties the Emperor and Empress and to explain their achievements in person.
